Floral Court

Michiko was a senior designer and worked on Floral Court project from design inception to completion while at KPF. This collection of modern and historic buildings around a new courtyard offers a haven in bustling Covent Garden. The mixed-use precinct adds contemporary design to the historic urban fabric, unified by its public realm. New passages connect previously inaccessible areas, revealing a unique lifestyle, retail, and dining concept.
Contemporary architecture blends with varied historic styles. A vertical folly on Floral Street provides a focal point. Inspired facades of brick and steel are distinctly modern. Forty-five apartments occupy six buildings, with contemporary and period residential interiors.
