Hello
S+C is an architecture, design, and development practice founded on a process of creative and interdisciplinary collaboration by Michiko Sumi and Louis Cobben. Leveraging their prior professional partnership, Michiko Sumi assumes a creative design leadership role, enriched by her academic experience teaching at the Bartlett School of Architecture. Louis Cobben contributes his architectural and development acumen, complemented by his expertise in investment management and MBA. Operating across a range of scales, encompassing masterplanning, residential, retail, and office projects, alongside furniture design, S+C functions as an architectural practice while actively pursuing development opportunities to deliver innovative and financially viable solutions. We welcome creative collaborations.
